Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

1. 48-Hour Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@recroomsupply.com or +1 (934) 348-4558 with your order number.

2. After 48 Hours

Once 48 hours have passed, your scoreboard has been sent into production with Fanzone and your order can no longer be canceled or refunded. Every Fanzone scoreboard is custom-built per order with officially licensed team graphics and cannot be returned to inventory.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Already Shipped

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the scoreboard after it ships, the order falls under our Return and Refund Policy (all sales final, with recourse only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
