Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

1. All Sales Final

Every Fanzone scoreboard is officially licensed and built to order specifically for your purchase. For this reason, all sales on RecRoomSupply are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and the cancellation window has passed (see our Cancellation Policy).

This policy mirrors Fanzone's own manufacturer policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your scoreboard is a custom-built licensed product and that the order is non-refundable once production has begun.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your scoreboard arrives damaged in transit, defective, or with manufacturing issues, we will work with Fanzone to replace or repair the unit at no additional cost to you.

  • External shipping damage: Inspect the carton before signing the freight bill. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Concealed damage or defect: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a brief description.
  • Manufacturing defects after setup: Covered under Fanzone's manufacturer warranty. See our Warranty page for full details.

3. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@recroomsupply.com. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, the order is sent into production with Fanzone and cannot be canceled or refunded. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. How to Report a Claim

To report damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, email support@recroomsupply.com or call +1 (934) 348-4558 within the timeframes above. Please include your order number, clear photos or a short video showing the issue, and a brief description of what happened. We will respond within one business day and coordinate the next steps directly with Fanzone.

6. Refunds When Authorized

In the rare event that a refund is authorized (for example, an unrecoverable freight loss or an unfulfilled order), refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
