Shipping Policy

1. Introduction
This Shipping Policy explains how RecRoomSupply processes and delivers orders placed at https://recroomsupply.com. RecRoomSupply is an authorized dealer of officially licensed Fanzone scoreboards. Every scoreboard is built to order in the United States and shipped factory-direct from Fanzone (Nevco) to your address.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order requirement.
4. Production and Delivery Timeline
Fanzone scoreboards are built to order in Greenville, Illinois. Please allow approximately 4 weeks from your order date for production and delivery. Peak-season volume or shipping disruptions can occasionally extend this window; we will notify you if any delay applies to your order.
5. Shipping Method
Scoreboards are shipped via LTL freight (less-than-truckload) carriers including FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, XPO, and Estes Express. Each scoreboard ships in a single oversized carton on a pallet.
6. Delivery Appointment
The freight carrier will contact you at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Please respond promptly. Missed appointments may result in storage or redelivery fees from the carrier that are passed on to the customer.
7. Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect the carton at the time of delivery before signing the freight bill. If you see any external damage to the carton, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours at support@recroomsupply.com with photos. Signing for the shipment as undamaged limits our ability to file a freight damage claim on your behalf.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your scoreboard arrives with concealed damage discovered after unboxing, or if you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@recroomsupply.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We will coordinate a replacement or warranty claim with Fanzone at no cost to you.
9. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your freight tracking number and the carrier's contact information.
10. Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address and contact phone are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by incorrect addresses or missed appointments. If a shipment is returned to Fanzone due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, reshipment fees may apply.
11. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
