How long does it take to receive my scoreboard?

Every scoreboard is built to order. Please allow approximately 4 weeks from the date your order is placed for production and delivery. We email tracking as soon as your scoreboard ships.

How is my scoreboard delivered?

Scoreboards ship via LTL freight carrier due to their size and weight. The freight company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Curbside delivery only — the driver is not responsible for bringing the unit inside.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Because each scoreboard is custom-built with officially licensed team graphics, production starts shortly after your order is placed. Cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed once production has begun. Email support@recroomsupply.com immediately if you need to cancel.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Because each scoreboard is custom-built to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

What if my scoreboard arrives damaged?

Inspect the carton before signing for delivery. If you see damage, note "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and take photos. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@recroomsupply.com with photos and your order number, and we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve it.

What warranty comes with my scoreboard?

Every scoreboard carries the manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty page for full coverage details.

Do I need to install the scoreboard myself?

Yes. Scoreboards are wall-mounted and come with mounting hardware and a step-by-step install guide. Most installations take 30-60 minutes with a helper.

Does the scoreboard sync to live games?

Yes. Connect to your home Wi-Fi via the ONE Controller App and the scoreboard automatically tracks your team's live games — score, quarter/period, time remaining, and game state.

Can I manually control the scoreboard?

Yes. The ONE Controller App lets you manually set the score, period, and time for pickup games, watch parties, or whenever you want to drive it yourself.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO Boxes / APO / FPO addresses.

Are your scoreboards officially licensed?

Yes. Every NFL and NHL scoreboard we sell is officially licensed by the league and team.
