1. Acceptance

Welcome to RecRoomSupply. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://recroomsupply.com and any related services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to make a purchase on this site.

3. Products and Licensing

RecRoomSupply is an authorized dealer of officially licensed NFL and NHL team scoreboards manufactured by Fanzone (Nevco). All team names, logos, and identifiers are trademarks of the respective leagues and clubs and are used under license to Fanzone.

4. Orders and Payment

Pricing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order with a clearly incorrect price.

Accepted payment methods. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is collected in full at checkout. We do not offer net terms or invoicing.

Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order, including for product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

5. Shipping

Scoreboards ship via LTL freight approximately 4 weeks from the order date. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final and orders are non-refundable except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Cancellation Policy and Return and Refund Policy for full details.

7. Warranty

Each scoreboard ships with the full Fanzone manufacturer warranty. See our Warranty page for coverage and claim instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photography, layout — is owned by RecRoomSupply or its licensors (including Fanzone, the NFL, the NHL, and individual clubs) and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with site security or operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. RecRoomSupply makes no warranties beyond the manufacturer warranty provided by Fanzone for the scoreboards themselves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecRoomSupply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RecRoomSupply and its owners harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
