2. Product Quality

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please inspect the packaging on arrival. If any damage is visible - even just to the box - note it on the delivery receipt. If you cannot open the package immediately and suspect damage, mark "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Then email photos of the damage to support@recroomsupply.com so we can expedite your replacement or refund.

5. Shipping and Labor Responsibilities

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping, consistent with our Return and Refund Policy. For manufacturer warranty claims that arise after delivery, return shipping for evaluation may be the customer's responsibility; we will confirm the details with you when you file your claim. If a repair or replacement is approved, shipping of the new item is handled by us. Labor and installation costs are not covered under standard manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated.
