Shipping Policy

Effective date: June 22, 2026

1. Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally, to PO Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all officially licensed NFL and NHL team scoreboards within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may incur an additional freight surcharge — we will contact you with a quote before processing if applicable.

3. Build and ship timeline

Every scoreboard is built to order. Please allow approximately 4 weeks from the date your order is placed for production and delivery. We will email tracking information as soon as your scoreboard ships.

4. How your scoreboard is delivered

Scoreboards ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carrier due to their size and weight (50 lbs, oversized box). The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Curbside delivery only — the driver is not responsible for bringing the unit inside your home.

5. At the time of delivery

Inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage to the carton, note "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. This is critical for any freight claim. Take photos of the packaging before unboxing.

6. Tracking your order

Once your scoreboard ships, you will receive an email with the freight carrier name and tracking number. Freight tracking updates less frequently than parcel carriers like UPS or FedEx — please allow 24-48 hours between status updates.

7. Damaged or missing items

If your scoreboard arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@recroomsupply.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work directly with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

8. Returns

All sales are final. Because each scoreboard is custom-built to order with officially licensed team graphics, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Incorrect shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
