Return and Refund Policy
Effective date: June 22, 2026
1. All sales are final
Every NFL and NHL scoreboard sold by RecRoomSupply is officially licensed and custom-built to order. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and the cancellation window has passed. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your scoreboard is a custom-built licensed product and that the order is non-refundable once production has begun.
2. Damaged or defective items
If your scoreboard arrives damaged in transit, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, we will work with the manufacturer to repair or replace the unit at no additional cost to you.
External shipping damage: Inspect the carton before signing the freight bill. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Concealed damage or manufacturing defect: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a brief description.
3. How to report a damaged or defective scoreboard
Email support@recroomsupply.com with your order number, photos of the outer carton if applicable, photos or short video of the damage, and a brief description. We will respond within 1 business day and coordinate the replacement or repair directly with the manufacturer.
4. Manufacturer warranty
Every scoreboard carries the manufacturer's warranty. For full coverage and claim details, see our Warranty page.
5. Order cancellation
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed once production has begun. Email support@recroomsupply.com immediately if you need to cancel an order.
6. Refunds in the rare case they apply
In the limited circumstances where a refund is approved (for example, if a damaged or defective scoreboard cannot be replaced or repaired), refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
